Conclusion

Nowadays, JP Morgan Chase is one of the Big Four Banks of the United States with Bank of America, Citigroup and Wells Fargo.
Since they use Information Technology well, Chase bank has the largest market capitalization and deposit in United States. Meanwhile is a leader in financial services with assets of $2.3 trillion. The firm serves millions of consumers in the United States and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and governmental clients. The JP Morgan brand is used by the Investment Bank as well as the Asset Management, Private Banking, Private Wealth Management, and Treasury & Securities Services Divisions. Throughout this assignment, we learned how the information system works in the Chase bank. And my favourite part is Business Strategy. There is more risk for banks to do business, so information is important to them. If they are good at using Information Technology, they can gather more powerful information. So that they make exactly decision with lower risk.
